EnergyShare is a fuel assistance program that helps pay home heating bills for those in need. It can often be a last resort for the elderly, the ill, or anyone who is facing financial hardship from unemployment or a family crisis.

 

Funds for EnergyShare come from tax-deductible donations from Dominion Power customers who add in an extra amount when paying their own electric bills. Since Dominion Power underwrites all administrative expenses, every dollar donated benefits those who need help with their utility bill.

 

Dominion Power has chosen AMEN to be the only agency to distribute EnergyShare funds in Arlington.
